At FlipBelt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your run, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or generate a QR code for a printerless drop-off experience.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the FlipBelt is protected, and affix the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
